Our dairy is in La Chapelle Laurent, a small village in the Cantal situated at an altitude of about 1,000m
Our shop, practically next door to the dairy, offers the full range of GARDON cheeses, alongside an extensive selection of local speciality cheeses, chosen for their authenticity, in addition to a wide range of regional products: AOP Green Lentils from Le Puy, Golden lentils from St-Flour, local honey, wines from the Auvergne.
